Completion

I am finally a buy-to-let Property Owner.   

11 weeks to the day we began Peter Stanley has come up trumps and I completed on my first buy-to-let property on April 7th.  The process has been entirely smooth, stress free and relatively passive.  Peter has done EVERYTHING, even recommended solicitors, brokers and insurance companies.  Brilliant!  I’ve had a fair bit of form filling to do but I haven’t really had to actually “think” about anything and now I own a fabulous 2 bedroom house in Stockport….which…wait for it here’s the really good bit…..has gone up £7,000 since we bought it a week ago!  It had enquiries for rental before we’d completed and I’ve got until the end of the month to find a tenant – a process that Peter is managing for me too.  In fact the whole thing has been such a positive experience I cannot wait to repeat it….got any more fantastic bargains waiting out there Peter…….?
