I got a lie in yesterday – a very rare thing indeed in my household but it was the Bank Holiday weekend and so we were able to get one each. As is often the way with these things of course I didn’t actually sleep – my mind racing as it tends to do these days and so I spent the time deliciously and meticulously setting goals and mentally checking things off. I awoke from this period of positive mediation as I like to call it completely refreshed revived and calm….completely and utterly certain of the outcomes of my various entrepreneurial current ventures.

Attraction
Having just finished and still avidly re-reading aspects of Joe Vitale’s Attractor Factor I am currently completely seeped in it’s teachings of focused, feeling based belief life practices. Joe believes that when we concentrate on what we want to achieve and focus on the way that we will feel once we have achieved it we send out a message to the Universe which makes the feelings become a reality.
