Have you ever achieved 33.3% CTR on your Google AdWords Campaign?
I did today on just one key word.  Something I feel just cannot go unreported here!
Overall my campaigns after a few more tweaks are getting a 4.49% CTR.

Presentation

I have just realised that I did not mention the most amazing workshop that I went on a couple of weekends ago.  It was a presentation workshop run by probably the most professional speaker and presenter that I have ever seen or met, the inimitable Maria Davies.  I first met Maria at the Passive Investments Open Day last year where she introduced their products to us ….and you guess what happened of course….I signed up and my first Passive Investment property is underway right now and you’d better believe it’s a great one!

The Next Interview

14 Weeks Ago or So my Outlook reminder tells me I interviewed the magnificent Philly Richards.  Work, kids, moving house and more work got in the way of me writing up her compelling story and since then a fabulous friendship has developed so much so that we are now setting up a wonderful new venture together Our Ultimate Dream Team. – More on that later.
