During a whirlwind romanticy Brighton weekend I found myself on the seafront at Brighton watching a chilly Sunset….beautiful! A hopelessly beautiful life affirming experience that I would strongly advise every women to experience to super charge and enhance her life, inner power and strength. And then there were the birds. Well have you seen them those birds that gather together, swooping and floating, flying and gliding, working together in a team as if one. What better analogy can there be for Great Little Business than that.
These birds were sheer silent power. They were showing off, they were cool and together, they are totally powerful. And this amazing feet of nature; these birds simply doing what they do, flying there as one, lilting in and out, making shapes, coming together and creating these amazing patterns in the sky made me think more and more of Great Little Business and the way that we are working and growing together. Because we are the same as those birds. Infinitely cool, focused confident, together and when one of us slips off the others bring her back into alignment. When we work together we look and feel beautiful and want to show off our great skills to the world. The immense power of a team of flight minded people shining together in unison. On the same path. On the same track. Who all think together and inspire each other and others together. Who believe together and do it together. As you can see, rather an intense impression left on me by those beautiful birds! Do you know what I mean though? Have you ever seen it? It is awe inspiringly astounding. People were stopping to look along the beach, taking photographs. Those birds are leading the way. As are we. When it got dark you couldn’t see the birds anymore. But you knew they were there, just hiding behind the remains of the pier, or off out to sea for the winter. But they were still there just like us, present in their own reality, being true to themselves for all to see and admire.
I am very lucky to be able to witness the sunset every clear night on Brighton seafront, my house has stunning views. I never take any of it for granted & yes, the birds are a joy to watch, like a swarm of bees almost :)
