I've been wanting to share some of my experiences of manifesting and my ever growing knowledge of the law of attraction which is something I've been assimilating over the past year of so.
I'm currently being mentored by a wonderful, spiritual woman who is teaching me fast manifesting and let me tell you this is fast! I'm also working on a Bob Proctor coaching programme which follows similar principles. I've also started to discover a different style of meditation based on Qigong which is the basis for many of the principles of the more recent teachings and styles of mediatation and manifesting. So right yes, getting rather spiritual here but really this stuff is absolutley fundamental to all of us, certainly in terms of tuning into our main purppose in life which in turn leads us to live the way we want and achieve our goals fast. It's about tuning into ourselves and the rest of the Universe. Whew!
Here are some practical principles to work on on a daily basis.
Every morning and every evening simply sit and be. Mediate. Remove everything from your mind. If you find that hard then you can spend 10 minutes writing everything down first. Write down anything and everything that comes into your head - just like wrirting the morning pages. Get it all out, dump all that brain stuff.
Remember that it is the way that we feel that we want to focus on really. Our thoughts are only our thougths, based on years of conditiioning. Our subconcious likes to feel comfortable. We like to feel comfortable so we sometimes stick with unhelpful or negative thouthts because they have become a habit and are comfortable to us.
Once all that stuff has been dumped on the page get back to meditating.
You can sit stand or lie down. You want to work up to an hour a day. But 5 minutes once a day, building up to 5 minutes twice a day is enough in the beginning. You will find that once you get into it you will really like it and will want to do more and more.
So simply breathe. Do whatever helps you. Imagine any thoughts that do come falling gently to the floor. Breathe in good energy. Breathing is what makes it all work. Make sure you are relaxed and comfortable. You can count or look at a candle. It is nice to close your eyes and simply breathe. You can imagine the breath in being a certain colour (silver does it for me!) and the breath out being another colour or the same - whatever you like - experiment.
Then just stand there and breathe and simply be for a while.
This practice brings you into further alignment with yourself. Your true self. You will become more and more in touch with yourself as you continue to master this practice.
