The first Great Little Business TeleClass "Investing in Your Finest Business Asset - YOURSELF" has gone absolutley swimmingly. The power, the energy the atmosphere was amazing!  I am truly delighted to be working in the company of such beautiful and inspiring women ....oops better watch out am coming over all emotional! Seriously though, it is a new and recenlty continuous source of happiness to me that I am in the flow of such wonderful people.

I have had the most fantastic weekend and despite the fact of promising myself that I would not attend any more conferences this year I simply HAD you understand to go on this one. It was the best one that I have ever been to – they simply seem to get better and better. It wasn’t only the powerful content of the course material itself but also the fabulous people that I went there with and met while there as well of course for me an opportunity to experience the thrill of spending some time away from every day life and get some perspective on things.

More Property

Last Sunday at The Property Investor Show was a very good day for me.  Not only did I get an entire train journey of reading time, but the show itself was buzzing and packed full of loads and loads of property investors and property companies sharing their wares.

Our Ultimate Dream Team will finally launch on 12th October 2006 at 7pm in Henry's Bar Covent Garden.  I found the intensive brainstorming Tele Meet session earlier this month inspiring and powerful. 

Thoughts on The Cleaning Biz

I’ve been talking so much about The Cleaning Biz this week – it is a fascinating and fantastic foray into the world of the Turnkey business. And guess what….it works. Of course! But really running a turnkey business is one of the most relaxing and rewarding businesses that I have had so far. It is wonderful to have a set of guidelines to follow that one knows have been tried and tested before and are there to ease you forward in the most effective and straightforward way possible. Now this doesn’t all mean that there is no soul or life to the business as there is still ample room for adding your own ideas, thoughts and personality – as it’s impossible to do this without implanting some of your own self in there. 

The Wonders of PR

You may have read a while back my fabulous experiences of Paula Gardner's wondrous PR workshop that I attended earlier this year. Well the great news is that she is going to be repeating the experience!  The workshop is very heavily subsidised so that it will only cost YOU £35 - an amazing bargain really - Paula usually charges £1500 per month for personal PR servcies and consultation so one morning of her decidedly sharp PR brain will be beneficial to you if you want to step up or start your PR campaign. I had a great time on her course as I said resulting in me having an article published in a local magazine, making various useful contacts for my business and having a national magazine contact me for information about Cafe des Enfants.

Presentation

I have just realised that I did not mention the most amazing workshop that I went on a couple of weekends ago.  It was a presentation workshop run by probably the most professional speaker and presenter that I have ever seen or met, the inimitable Maria Davies.  I first met Maria at the Passive Investments Open Day last year where she introduced their products to us ….and you guess what happened of course….I signed up and my first Passive Investment property is underway right now and you’d better believe it’s a great one!
