Ok ok how can I resist such a challenge? To be listed by Nicola Cairncross – as one of
the top 5 Money Gym Blogs of 2007 is one I cannot pass up! And it’s not just moving house that has
delayed the blogging. There are loads
coming (I’ve been writing)
.

I didn’t even blog about the weekend at Philly’s house
and her party and everything. How relaxing a
weekend away in deepest darkest Cambridgeshire. It’s almost a year since I used to live round there and it is still
rather flat.

I don’t want to go to bed. My kids often don’t want to go to bed, I want
them to because they are tired, they need their sleep and I want my evening
time to myself! But what they don’t know
is that their Mum is the same, I don’t want to go to bed either. I've reclaimed the night time and getting on with everything- its my magic time and even now tired as I am I’d still like to carry
on and on. Always used to be more
creative in the evenings before I had the children and thankfully I have the
capacity to go that way again. Now that
I eat so much spinach and raw food and all the other things my energy is high enough to sustain staying
up late and I want to utilise the time for as much creativity as possible.

Having recently moved out
of and come back home to
London
I feel truly grateful to be living back here
again. Of course it was my first, early work on attraction. I used
to think about it so much and with such passion and feeling that there was no
way I wasn’t going to come back - I didn’t see that then but I see it
now. In fact when I came back for a visit (and remember I was only away
for 16 months!) I cried when I looked at the view out over the South Bank my
favourite bit – thinking I may never be back again.

I’ve had the most wonderful weekend, more wonderful
than any I’ve had in a very long time. Friday night I went out with my oldest friend and we had a fantastic
evening and shared much news and many thoughts about ourselves and our lives,
something that neither of us have done for ages and it was uplifting. Our energy was in tune that night and we
sparked of each other. It was lovely, I
feel we have re-ignited our relationship and set it in a deeper, more bonded
space with renewed respect. Sometimes
people can truly surprise you!

My six year
old son is currently meditating and focusing on scoring the next goal in
football. I’ve left him sitting upright
cross legged in bed with his hands on his knees totally calm (after his initial
excitement) at how cool the potential of this stuff might be, he’s going to
score that goal next time for sure.

Ever since I went on the Jason Vale Turbo Charge Your
Life in 14 Days detox programme things have changed rather drastically and for
the better. I love the 14 days idea,
similar to my own E-Book, How to Get Your Kids to Eat Healthily in 14 Days or
less actually!

After listening to an audio CD of Deepak Chopra on the
way back from Ely last night and most of today I’ve decided to up my mediation
quota on a daily basis. Deepak reckons
you should meditate for one hour a day, 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in
the evening.
